Portmondo ("the App") is developed and maintained by Joshua Rideout. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
Data Collection
Portmondo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The App operates entirely on your device. We do not have servers that receive data from the App, and we do not use any analytics or tracking services.
Device Permissions
Portmondo requests the following permissions to function:
- Camera: Required to access video from your external USB-C capture card. This permission covers external video capture devices on iPadOS.
- Microphone: Required to capture audio from your external capture card.
- Photo Library (Add Only): Required only if you choose to save recordings. The App can only add new videos to your library; it cannot read or access existing photos or videos.
All video and audio captured by the App stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded or transmitted to external servers.
Recordings
When you record video using Portmondo, the recording is saved directly to your device's photo library. These recordings are stored locally on your iPad and are not accessed or transmitted by us in any way.
Third-Party Services
Portmondo does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
